Youngest President-world record set by 5 years old Razvan Gogan

[June 1] BUCHAREST, Romania-- Romanian five years old Razvan Gogan has become the youngest person to act as President, after signing (under the supervision of elected President Basescu) a Presidential Decree for children's rights.
Surrounded by "his" counselors and a large crowd of media representatives, five years old Razvan Gogan has used the Gold-plated fountain pen of President Basescu to sign the Decree which will be "published" by the children's "Official Daily Monitor".

The feat was set up by the Romanian all news channel Realitatea TV, for a program dedicated to children and their dreams. For a whole day, the five years old Razvan Gogan was the special guest of the elected President Traian Basescu and he participated at all public activities at Cotroceni Presidential palace...under the supervision of his Mom and Dad, his (jealous) sister and the "real" , elected President Traian Basescu.

Razvan Gogan was excused for today by his kindergarten teachers, to comply with his One Day Dream Presidential "Job", but Monday morning has to return at his class.

World Records Academy have to check if the official Certificate for this new world record needs to be send at Bucharest Presidential Palace or at Razvan Gogan's kindergarten; a great tool to impress his colleagues, not to mention the girls....The World Records Book,
2008 edition (available March 2008) with his world record included, will be also send to him.

The Romanian President Traian Basescu has already earned his place into the 2008 edition of the World Records Book , with his Fastest Presidential answer to a citizen request world record.

President Traian Basescu, who was suspended last month by parliament for alleged abuse of power, easily survived a referendum on May 19 on his impeachment.

Three-quarters of voters (or some 5.6 million people) said they did not want Basescu removed from office, half a million more than in the 2004 elections when he defeated ex-prime minister Adrian Nastase on an anti-graft campaign.

World Records Academy's PR Guru suggest that if the experience will be repeated, they need to: hide some candies pots under the desks, to make the job easier, and maybe also we shall see a girl acting as the first youngest President?
