The previous Guinness World record for the Most espressos made in one hour was 3386 espressos, set in Poland in March this year.
The only condition was that each cup had to contain 35 millilitres of coffee.
"We've decided they can keep their jobs," Coffee Club director John Lazarou said, as he celebrated with franchisee and baristas' team coach Craig Pratt.
"Our baristas trained for more than three months for this attempt."
Mr Lazarou said the teams were considering extending their record in the future."We really enjoy some healthy competition," he said.
