World Records Academy franchisees receive a protected territory.
This franchise is offered world wide. World Records Academy
has an unlimited number of territories from which to choose.
Do you meet the four pre-qualification criteria?
1) The Investment: The initial cash investment
required of you by the World Records Academy is relatively low.
For example, your personal cash investment can range between
$100k to $250k, or more, depending upon your country, market
area, location development and other factors.
2) The Commitment: Are you ready to make the commitment
to become self-employed with a franchise system? Are you able
to follow the licensing process and operation system set forth
by World Records Academy?
3) The Time Frame: If you have answered yes to
the two questions, your evaluation of our concept is positive,
and your franchise license application is approved by the franchisor,
you must be able to sign WRA's license agreement within 20 to
60 days from our receipt of your application.
4) Prepared to Sign: If your desired market selection
is one where we have chosen to offer a franchise, we will assist
in securing your area within WRA's specifications.
Domestic and International Franchising Opportunities
There are three different types of domestic franchise opportunities
available at World Records Academy:
Single Unit - World Records Academy's single area
license grants an individual or entity the right to own and
operate an individual franchise on an approved business area.
Area Franchising - An area franchise license grants an
individual or entity the right to assist World records Academy
headquarters in developing a specific exclusive territory.
Area franchising would allow an individual or entity the right
to provide hands-on support in recruiting new franchisees, securing
new areas, coordinating the development process and providing
local training and pre-opening support to new franchisees.On
an ongoing basis, area franchisees would remain available to
support local franchisees and receive a portion of the total
franchise fees and royalties collected in their territories.
Master Franchise
This program allows for multiple development of a defined territory
and the possibility of sub-franchising within the defined territory.
The fee schedule is specific to the potential development within
the defined territory.
Are there monthly fees as well?
Yes, as with any franchise business, monthly royalty payments
are assessed.
What are the financial requirements?
It takes between $100,000 and $1,500,000 depending upon country
and region to open and operate a World Records Academy franchise.
We look for individuals with a net worth
of over $500,000 and liquidity between $100,000 to $500,000.
This amount will also vary depending on whether you are purchasing
the rights for a single area or the master rights for a territory.
What are the timelines for the process of buying the franchise?
Once the application is submitted and approved, we generally
work to complete the franchise agreements within a 20-day period,
although Master Franchise agreements can extend beyond that
time frame. Our goal is to open your operations successfully
in a timely fashion.
