PETALING JAYA, Malaysia -- The 31m "History Supreme" is made out of 100 tonnes of gold and platinum, which cover more than half its surface, and the base of the vessel is wrapped in gold; owned by a Malaysian businessman who paid $4.6 billion for it, it sets the new world record for the Most Expensive Yacht. The Guinness world record for the most valuable toy soldier in the world is the first handcrafted 1963 G.I. Joe prototype which was sold by its creator Don Levine to Baltimore businessman Stephen A. Geppi for $200,000 (£124,309).
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the Most expensive kiss sold at auction, set by Joni Rimm (USA) paid $50,000 (£31,000) at a charity auction for the privilege of one kiss with Hollywood actress Sharon Stone. Sharon auctioned the kiss in aid of Project Angel Foods – a Los Angeles based charity providing free meals for people with HIV and AIDS.
The World's Most Expensive Yacht, which took three years to build, is the handiwork of Stuart Hughes, a jeweller in Liverpool, U.K., who is known for his bespoke luxury items, like a diamond-wrapped iPhone and theWorld's Most Expensive Bed: The Baldacchino Supreme. (enlarge photo)
The yacht's features, including the deck, dining area, rails and anchor, are all made from precious metals.

The boat was built in Italy but was completed in Malaysia two weeks ago.
